Commerce is now available across social.plus and includes three interconnected capabilities: Product Catalogue, Product Tagging in Posts, and Tag and Pin Products in Livestream.

What’s New

Product Catalogue is the foundation of Commerce. Brands can upload products, properties, courses, or any other offerings in bulk via CSV or individually through the Console. Everything inside is instantly searchable, filterable by status, and ready to be tagged anywhere in the community the moment it is added.

Product Tagging in Posts allows brands and moderators to tag catalogue items directly inside any post: text, image, video, or mixed-media. Users can engage with tagged products without leaving the platform, while every view and click is captured as structured data to measure content-to-product attribution.

Tag and Pin Products in Livestream brings shoppable experiences to live video without disrupting the viewer. Hosts can tag up to 20 items from the catalogue and pin one as a live overlay, showing viewers the product image, title, price, and a CTA in real time. Tapping opens the product in an in-app browser while the stream continues playing. The tagged product list can be edited live and persists for replay viewers.

While Commerce is purpose-built for retail and e-commerce brands, its architecture supports any use case where surfacing something specific within a community moment creates value. A fitness app can tag training programmes in a live workout. A travel platform can pin a property the instant it comes up in conversation.
